Visitacion Valley R.O.C.K. Beacon Center

Visitacion Valley R.O.C.K. Beacon is dedicated to nurturing the healthy development of children by listening attentively to their needs and by providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access. We aim to promote the positive development and long-term success of the youth that it serves through a combination of in-school and afterschool learning enrichment, sports and fitness, leadership training and outdoor adventure opportunities. Our programs are designed to serve the young people and families who live in or attend school in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley.

Programs take place in-school, after-school, on Saturdays, and during the summer. We provide youth learning opportunities which include the following: art, audio/media production, cooking, computer skills, recreation, skateboarding, teen center, and youth leadership council. In addition, we host various community and family events year round.
