Core Competencies for Out of School Time Staff

These core competencies build on existing national and local research on core competencies for out of school time staff and are aligned to the sections of the California After‐school Program Quality Self‐Assessment (QSA) tool. The back of this document lists the two sets of core competencies – one for afterschool line staff and one for afterschool supervisors.
